•Smelt, Jean M., RN, BSW, Chili: Went home to be with the Lord at age 92, on December 15, 2014, while surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Smelt; son Patrick, and granddaughter, Tasha. Survived by her daughters: Rosemary Coleman, Christine Scwartzott, Joanne Donals, Stephanie Smelt, & Mary Catherine (Robert) Keeley; sons: Jeffrey Smelt, Brian Smelt, & Thomas Smelt II; daughters-in-law, Karen Smelt & Susan Smelt; 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Joan Hacker, and several nieces & nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sat. Dec. 20th, at 11:00AM at St. Pius X Church, 3010 Chili Ave. Chili, NY 14624.
