North Chili – Nancy R. Pingleton passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025 at the age of 94. She was the beloved wife of the late Jeremy Pingleton. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Irene Connor, as well as several siblings, Donald Connor, Mary (Joseph) Polimeni, Marge (Angelo) Brigandi, Kate (Charles) Wilkins, and Annie (Robert) Bilodeau. She is survived by her loving children, Bryan (Dianna VerWeire) Pingleton and Collin Pingleton; her sister-in-law, Patricia Connor; and many nieces and nephews.
A dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse, Nancy served for many years at Rochester General Hospital. She also worked for the Dept. of Labor for NYS. She was a devout Catholic. Nancy will be remembered for her kindness and lifelong commitment to caring for others.
Visitation will take place on Friday, August 15th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton. Interment and Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 16th in Riverside Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s name to a charity of one’s choice.
