The Hilton Lions Club hosted Holly Dutcher, Executive Director of C.U.R.E., who told club members about her duties at the Childhood Cancer Association. Established in 1976, C.U.R.E. provides emotional, educational, social, and financial assistance to Rochester-area families whose children have cancer or a blood disorder. Attendees noted that, from listening to Dutcher, it became evident that she is fully immersed in helping these families.
Hilton Lions collected and donated a box of usable items for patients being served by C.U.R.E. and also donated $110 in cash for the organization to use as needed.
