Summer Fun with Greece Rec

The Greece Department of Parks and Recreation has a full lineup of programs sure to keep kids from getting bored this summer. A small sampling is included below. Art Camp
Tuesdays, July 7 through August 4, 3:30 to 5 p.m.
The Center, 3 Vince Tofany Boulevard
Kids aged 7-12 can explore different art mediums such as drawing, watercolor painting, mixed media, and more in this creative summer camp experience. All supplies are included, so just show up and let your imagination run wild. Cost is $85 for residents, $90 for non-residents.
Twisted Olympics Family Night
Wednesday, July 8, 5 to 7 p.m.
Town of Greece Pavilion, 3 Vince Tofany Boulevard
Enjoy a night of wacky, remixed Olympic events in this hilarious family program. The night will end with medals and pizza. Get up, get out, and bring home the gold for your family. All ages welcome. Cost is $3 for residents, $6 for non-residents.
Softball Camp
Monday-Friday, July 27-31
Kids ages 7-11 can fine-tune their softball skills with drills and fun competitions at this athletic camp. Sessions are from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at Carter Park, 1281 Long Pond Road. Participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy a Red Wings baseball game on Wednesday, July 29, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please arrive at The Center for game day. Each admission ticket will include a boxed lunch. Cost is $35 for residents, $45 for non-residents.
Basic First Aid for Children
Tuesday, July 21, 4 to 5:30 p.m.
The Center, 3 Vince Tofany Boulevard
Kids ages 7-12 can learn about a range of first aid and safety topics in this educational course. This includes bandaging, slings, choking, sprains, and much more. Cost is $35 for residents, $40 for non-residents.
