The Spencerport Community Chorus begins rehearsals for the fall season on Sunday, September 13, at the Spencerport Wesleyan Church, 2653 Nichols Street, Spencerport. Rehearsals are held each Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4:15 p.m. until the concert weekend in December. Concerts will be held at Ogden Presbyterian Church on Saturday, December 5 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 6 at 3 p.m.
This year the chorus is under the baton of Darla Bair, who also directs the Amadeus Chorale Youth Singers. All interested singers are welcome to join the group which is comprised of singers from Spencerport and surrounding communities. No auditions are required, but singers are expected to be committed to rehearsals and the concerts.
