During a recent class at the Greece Community Center, John Lacek instructed 35 volunteers in the New York State new tax laws for the 2015 tax filing season. Volunteers are preparing to do up to 1,800 tax returns through the AARP – Free Tax Assistance Program for Greece resident’s 2015 tax returns.
Free tax preparation is by appointment only on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting February 3, 2016.
