Former club Secretary, Sinack managed the Brockport Reliant branch in Brockport’s Walmart when she joined Rotary. Sinack gave a presentation on the First House Club Program offered by Reliant and supported by the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York
The program focuses on helping New Yorkers purchase their first home. Sarah discussed important concerns for new buyers: cash to close, credit, capacity to pay and “the” house to buy.
