Brockport: On Sunday, September 4, 2016, at the age of 54. Born in Butler, PA. Predeceased by his parents Jesse Smith and Dorothy Noal, brothers Kenneth, Timothy and Michael. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Cindy Ray Smith; his daughter, Kailee; son, Corey (Erica); his future grandchild; sisters, Donna Thompson and Kimberly (Dan) Bosko; brothers, George (Patty), Dan (Judy), Gary (Marylou); his sisters-in-law, Barbara, Cindy and Stella; father and mother-in-law, Alvin and Joan Ray; brothers-in-law, David and Robb (Rachel) Ray; numerous nieces and nephews.
