Chili – Friday, September 28, 2018 at age 68. Predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Josephine Lachiusa. Survived by the love of her life, Steve; daughter, Joyce Fantauzzo; step-daughters, Stacy Smith (Adnan Kusybi) and Sarah (Marc) Angotti; grandchildren, Anthony and Samuel (Mayra) Fantauzzo, Aleena and Marco Angotti; 5 great-grandchildren. The family would like to send a special thank you to Wilmot and Pluta Cancer Center for their wonderful care and compassion for Josina and all our family.
