H-P Senior Center plans theater day trip
The Hilton-Parma Senior Center is planning a day trip for Sunday, March 29, to see a theater performance of Nunsensations, a Vegas-themed sequel to Nunsense. The trip includes motorcoach transportation, brunch, tax, gratuity, and a ticket for the show.
The group will depart the Hilton Community Center by motorcoach at 10:30 a.m. and head to Albion for Sunday Brunch at Tillman’s Village Inn. After brunch, it is on to Lancaster Opera House Theater for the show. On the return trip, there will be a stop at Anderson’s where attendees can purchase their own dinner. The approximate return time in 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
In the Nunsense Vegas Revue, a parishioner volunteers to donate $10,000 to the Little Sisters of Hoboken’s school if they will perform in a club in Las Vegas. Mother Superior is hesitant to accept. After being convinced by the other sisters that “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas,” she agrees and naughty nun hijinks ensue.
Cost of the trip is $90 per person for Parma residents, $104 for non-residents. Register at hprecreation.org and create an account with the recreation software or call 392-9030. Registration deadline is Friday, February 28.
