Shawn Madigan enjoyed watching workers installing a new gas line in Hilton. The 43-year-old with cerebral palsy made fast friends with the crew. They took him to lunch, gave him a vest, helmet, and mask to wear, and even refer to him as “the boss.” Shawn’s father, John Madigan, said that Shawn makes friends everywhere he goes.
