Rochester – December 16, 2020 at age 69. Predeceased by her parents, Charles J. Sr. and Betty (Corbett) Nugent; and sister-in-law, Debra Nugent. Survived by her siblings, Charles (Bella) Nugent of AZ, Robert Nugent of WI, Lawrence (Marianne) Nugent of Livingston Manor, NY and Joyce (Chris) Plail of Canandaigua, NY. Janet was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews and had several wonderful cousins.
Janet was a graduate of West High School and the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She had a passion for history and loved to try anything new. The greatest joy in her life was her loving family.
