Spencerport – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on February 19, 2021 at the age of 91. Peggy was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years, Dr. Richard L. Boughter; parents, John Rooney, Winifred Rooney Anderson, Henry Martin Anderson; brother, Michael Joseph Rooney; sisters, Alice (Lou) Major, Alma (Gordon) Chambers and Andi (Charlie) Ray.
She is survived by her children, Lee (Patti) Boughter, Gary (Sheryl) Boughter and Laurie Boughter; grandchildren, Colin (Tracy) Boughter and Brooke (Chris) Elnicky; great-grandchildren, Lillianna and Caiden Boughter, Teagan and Keane Elnicky; several loved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
