Each year Monroe County offers a variety of summer job opportunities. These include parks maintenance, landscaping, equipment operation, highway maintenance, and a limited number of laboratory positions. Summer jobs are a good way to help build your resume, create a network, gain skills, and give you an opportunity to check out a career you might not have thought of before. You must be at least 18 years of age, except where noted, and a Monroe County resident to be eligible for these jobs.
