It has become glaringly obvious that the court system in place in Ogden is a complete and utter travesty in Vanessa’s case.
The abuse she has suffered is inhumane and should never be allowed to happen to any dog for any period of time and that it has been allowed to continue is reprehensible.
The case should be dismissed immediately with prejudice and the judge should be held accountable and forced to step down permanently.
This is obviously a vendetta against pitbull breeds and the woman involved should not be allowed to pursue any civil judgement and she should pay all fees incurred by the owner. Anything less is not acceptable,JUSTICE FOR VANESSA.
