Vanessa is a dog that should be back with her family as the victim isn’t sure which dog but her. We wouldn’t kill a human who can’t be positively Id by the victim, why would we do it to a dog. It’s a first offense. More training rehabilitation or a muzzle are all more humane outcomes. She’s been tortured for months far worse than the victim has. She should be with her loving family, period.
