The Town of Ogden needs to be held responsible for the treatment of this poor animal. The fact that the victim couldn’t identify which dog she was bitten by shows this town has breed discrimination against bully breeds. Holding an animal in captivity without allowing medical treatment, and socialization is ABUSE. Murderers recieve better treatment than this animal, who has suffered immensely. The owner is willing to jump through HOOPS rehabbing this dog, making improvements to his property; yet it seems the judge is only interested in the worst option. The statistics of euthanasia are alarmingly high. I’d be ashamed to be a resident of this town, and the corrupt government officials are the reason why.
