The amount of collusion that went on in this case to try and end this dogs life is sickening.
Ogden court records clearly shows they do not know how to properly rule these cases, just look at the FOIL records! Also it should be a crime to hold any animal as long as the Town of Ogden courts have, how can we have repeat fellons getting out with appearance tickets for far worse crimes, but a dog can be held for months on end in confinement. Animals are living beings, not a piece of property that can just be filed away. Any Judge that confines an animal like Vanessa or Brady were does not deserve to be in the position he is, and should be charged with animal abuse.
