Sweden Planning Board grants Bentley subdivision and site plan
On May 24, the Town of Sweden Planning Board granted subdivision and site plan approval for the Bentley Brothers’ three properties west of their retail store on the south side of Brockport Spencerport Road at the Sweden Walker intersection. A month earlier, the Sweden Town Board had granted rezoning applications for the three small Bentley lots from residential to commercial.
The Planning Board application merged the two easterly lots to allow for the installation of a new driveway and re-configuration of the outdoor display area. The display area will be paved, per the Sweden Town Code. The western most lot will be left vacant to serve as a buffer between the business and residences. No additional exterior lighting is planned.
