Brockport – Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday January 22, 2021 at the age of 66. Predeceased by her parents Irvin and Shirley Tozer, brothers Timothy Tozer Sr. and Richard Tozer, and her beloved pets. She is survived by her brothers Dan (Angela) Tozer, David Tozer, sisters-in-law Becky (Ray) Madigan, Lani Tozer Streb, nieces and nephews Rick, Kelly, Jennifer, Theresa, Danny, Stephanie, Billy, Sara, Timmy, and many other beloved family members. Judy loved frogs, crafts, strawberries, sunflowers, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She was affectionately known as Aunt Juder.
A Graveside Service will be on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Lakeview Cemetery in Brockport.
