The Ogden Police Department appointed Officer Corey Lawhorn as its newest full-time police officer. He was hired last year as a part-time police officer. Officer Lawhorn is a Spencerport Schools graduate and a Marine, having served two tours of duty overseas. He also served honorable with the Carolina Beach Police Department in North Carolina prior to returning to Ogden. He is seen here receiving the Oath of Office from Ogden Town Supervisor Mike Zale (left). Officer Lawhorn is accompanied by his wife, Tori, and their youngest daughter, Alayah.
