Explore a new trail dedicated to Western NY history

The History Trail of Western New York is brand new this year and includes a network of 13 museums located throughout the area to visit and enjoy. The trail is broken up into six regions to explore: Gates/Chili, Greece/Charlotte, Hilton/Hamlin, Ogden/Sweden, Rochester (East), and Rush/Henrietta.

Pick up a trail passport at local town and village offices or at any of the participating museums:

Have the History Trail passport stamped at each museum visited. Check with the museums to find out if they participate in a regional loyalty program. For example, once three stamps have been collected, show the passport for special offers at Vic’s Ice Cream in Spencerport.
