Hamlin Lions and Partyka Farms raising funds for LUCAS device
The Hamlin Lions Club and Partyka Farms Inc. are helping the Hamlin Ambulance to raise money for a life-saving LUCAS Device to benefit the Hamlin, Morton, and Walker communities. The LUCAS Device provides high-quality chest compressions for patients in cardiac arrest.
There is a $20,000 fundraising goal to purchase the device.
“In this day and time when surrounding communities are losing their ambulances and have a difficult time staffing volunteers, this machine could help save lives,” said Lora Partyka.
Donations in any amount are being accepted to help reach the goal. Checks can be made payable to Hamlin Lions Club and mailed to: Hamlin Lions Club, PO Box 91, Hamlin, NY 14464 or dropped of at The Farmer’s Table at 1700 Lake Road, Hamlin, or Partyka Farms at 1420 County Line Road, Kendall.
