In February, the Churchville Lions Medical Loan Closet was relocated 50 feet to make room for an upcoming project nearby. It also got a bit of a facelift. The Loan Closet garage door was removed and replaced with a new wall and entry door. Lions Jim Ehmentraut and Bob Weitz are shown here nailing the last panel before work progresses on the door.
Aside from the usual items being loaned out and returned, the Medical Loan Closet receives donations of new and used items as well. This helps to maintain the equipment inventory so as not to turn anyone away. Those with a need for medical equipment can call 594-2103.
