New Business in Town of Greece
The Town of Greece hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the Grand Opening of new business, WoodSpring Suites, located at 145 Bellwood Drive.
Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilich was joined by owner, Reddy Rathnaker, J&P Asset Management Owner, Jim Overman, and the WoodSpring Suites Team for the grand event.
When asked why this team chose to open a location in the Town of Greece, they responded by saying that Greece has a very diverse employee population with people in many industries including Construction, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, Transportation, Commerce, Electric, and Wholesale Trade. Guests who choose Woodspring Suites are from all of these sectors, including traveling nurses, IT contractors, government workers, family visiting family or helping with a long term medical situation, and guests going through a life transition. The WoodSpring Suites team also wanted to open a location in this area to provide additional options for extended stay hotels. Throughout their research process, they concluded that hotels in this area perform a little higher than the national average and the demand is growing. Furthermore, Greece is convenient to Downtown Rochester, entertainment, health care facilities, retails, parks, the International Airport, and major highways.
“Since taking office, my team and I have worked to be a one-stop shop for anyone wanting to locate or expand in Greece,” said Supervisor Reilich. “In my humble opinion, you could not have picked a better location for WoodSpring Suites. On behalf of myself, the Town Board, and the entire Town of Greece – welcome to town!”
