Janice M. Schifano, age 72, passed away unexpectedly on August 7, 2023. She was born December 10, 1950 in Rochester to the late Michael and Pasqualina (DeBole) Schifano.
Janice enjoyed spending time with her son Christopher Schifano and cooking for him. He was her pride and joy. Janice is survived by her loving son Christopher, aunt Sue DeBole, significant other Jerry Roberts as well as many friends.
There are no prior calling hours. Janice’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church 3003 Dewey Ave. Rochester, NY 14616 on Thursday, August 17th at 10:00am. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Janice’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Holley, NY.
