Passed away suddenly on January 15, 2024, at age 62, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born March 22, 1961 in Chicago, IL to the late James and Fumiko Clark. He was the baby brother of their four children, Richard and Dorothy and was preceded in death by his oldest brother, James Jr. Phillip Sr.
He was a devoted son, father, brother, husband and grandfather and is survived by his wife, Charlene; his three children, Phillip II, Candace (Jason) and Javon; and was a cherished Papi/Papa to eight beautiful grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are invited to his Memorial Service Friday, January 26th at 11am at Open Door Baptist Church, 350 Chili-Scottsville Rd. Churchville, NY 14428.
