SUNY Brockport will host a Town Hall to discuss its plans for the April 8 Total Solar Eclipse with community members from 7 to 8 p.m. on Monday, February 5, in the Tower Fine Arts Mainstage Theatre on Holley Street.
SUNY Brockport, and the Brockport community at-large, is a premier destination for the eclipse due to its location on its center line, which offers viewers an additional five seconds of totality than they would experience elsewhere in our region. It is expected to draw a significant number of visitors to our area. SUNY Brockport announced that it is selling event passes for those wishing to view the solar eclipse on the Brockport campus.
