•Dodds, Neoma R., Hilton, October 6, 2014. Neoma Rose Clouse was born January 11, 1934 in Surrey, North Dakota, a daughter of William Clouse and Grace (Smith) (Dinius) Clouse. She had a full sister, Martha Kaltoft; a full brother, William Clouse; and 13 half sisters and brothers. She was predeceased by her son, David Dodds. Survived by her husband, Kay Dodds of Hilton; a daughter, Kayla Dodds and grandchildren, Joycelyn and Jamie Sue Dodds of Galway, NY; and her brother, William Clouse of Alden, Iowa.
A Memorial Service was held October 9 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Brockport. Private interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
