Canandaigua National Bank & Trust Announces AVP Promotions

Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) has promoted Kelly Masline, Team Lead – Underwriting; Todd Milhaly, Director – IT Support Services; and Alyssa Serinis, Business Development Officer, to Assistant Vice President.

Kelly Masline joined the CNB Mortgage Company in 1994 as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter and has been the Underwriting Team Lead for several years. In addition to her normal underwriting course load, Masline has been successful in expanding her responsibilities to include the leadership of this essential function within the loan manufacturing process.

Todd Mihaly joined CNB in 2017 as Manager of IT Support Services.  Mihaly has over 17 years of experience in IT, having held positions of IT Support Lead, Network Systems Analyst, and Senior Network Administrator with his prior employers. Since joining CNB, he has restructured his teams and filled necessary gaps. He has also designed and implemented new processes and procedures while putting industry best practices in place.

Alyssa Serinis started her career with CNB in 2017 as a Financial Services Representative and successfully completed the Business Development Officer training program in early 2019. In her current role, Serinis works with existing and prospective business customers to meet their lending and banking needs. She coordinates with lenders to identify additional opportunities within their portfolios and partners with Wealth Management to “add value” for customers.
