The Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce that Genesee Regional Bank (GRB) will serve as the Presenting Sponsor for the Chamber’s 2024 Small Business of the Year awards event. GRB has supported the signature awards since their inception over a decade ago. A luncheon in the fall will celebrate and honor the six local businesses selected as finalists and name the 2024 Small Business of the Year and 2024 Microenterprise of the Year recipients.
The Greece Chamber and GRB invite you to nominate businesses for the 2024 awards. They are looking for enterprising firms whose innovative approach to business deserves special recognition, who go above and beyond to serve their clientele, and whose fervor for running a business is rivaled only by their willingness to serve their community. The Small Business of the Year award is given to a business with fewer than 250 employees and less than $20 million gross revenue in 2023. The Microenterprise of the Year is awarded to businesses with 10 or less full-time equivalent employees and less than $2 million gross revenue in 2023. All nominees are judged on business history and performance, staff training and motivation, community involvement, customer service and business strategies and goals.
