The newly designed and painted “Borrow a Bike” sign by Courtney LaRocca hangs over the rack of bicycles at the Welcome Center on the Erie Canal in Brockport’s Harvester Park.
Proper identification and a sign-in honor system allows users to participate in the free bicycle program.
Courtney is the granddaughter of Skip and Andrea Perry of Brockport.
