Freelance photographer Walter Horylev photographed this hibiscus blossoming in his hallway window.
The plant, about two-and-a-half feet tall and two feet wide, is two years old.
It goes outside in the warmer months where it continually blooms. Inside, it produces about four or five photo treats at a time.
