A free Spaghetti Dinner will be held at Spencerport United Methodist Church, 30 Amity Street, Spencerport, on Saturday, October 19, at 5:30 p.m. Following the dinner, a concert of Christian praise music and hymns is planned for 7 p.m., featuring Doc Kavanagh & Friends. Open to the public. All donations gathered from a free will offering will benefit TheWaterProject.org.
The Water Project, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides reliable water projects to communities in sub-Sahara Africa, which suffer from a lack of access to clean water and proper sanitation. For ten years, The Water Project has been helping communities gain access to clean, safe water by providing training, expertise and financial support for water project construction.
