Presentation offered on nutrition for optimal health

The Arc of Monroe presents Arc Connections with guest speaker, Dr. Thomas Campbell, M.D. from the University of Rochester. The program will be held Monday, December 16, 6 p.m., at Nazareth College, Shults Center-Forum Room, 4245 East Avenue, Rochester.

Dr. Campbell is the Medical Director of the Highland Weight Management & Lifestyle Center, where he works with individuals and groups to prevent and treat chronic conditions using diet and lifestyle. He has authored or co-authored two popular books on nutrition, including The China Study, a worldwide bestseller, and has presented widely on the topic of nutrition for optimal health. 

This is a free community event open to anyone interested in this information. Refreshments will be served. 

Following Dr. Campbell’s presentation, The Arc of Monroe will provide information and answer questions regarding all programs and services that they offer to help support people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
