The Hilton Apple Fest Photo Contest is returning for 2026, inviting photographers of all ages to capture the spirit of “Hometown Heart.” This year’s theme encourages participants to show what “Hometown” means to them—whether that place is Hilton or anywhere else.
Photographers are encouraged to reflect the pride, people, places, and moments that define their community. While images of the Hilton area are especially welcome, submissions from any hometown are encouraged, as long as they express the heart and spirit of the place.
The contest is open in two categories: Adult and Youth (ages 17 and under). All entries must be either 7″x10″ or 8″x10″, in portrait or landscape orientation, and mounted on poster board or other stiff board.
The entry fee is $5 per image for adults and $3 per image for youth participants. Adult prizes include $100 for first place, $50 for second place, and $25 for third place. Youth winners will receive $80 for first place, $40 for second place, and $20 for third place.
Entry forms are available online at hiltonapplefest.org or in person at the Parma Public Library and Hilton Family Pharmacy. Completed entries may be dropped off at either location or mailed to: Hilton Apple Fest, PO Box 1, Hilton, NY 14468. The deadline to enter is Friday, September 25, 2026.
Photos will be displayed for thousands of visitors to enjoy during the Hilton Apple Fest on October 3 and 4, 2026. Photographers are encouraged to submit their best work and help celebrate their hometown.
