Laura Dubin Trio Performing at PGUCC

The Parma Greece United Church of Christ will host a Springtime Jazz Concert, “Be-Bop, She-Bop,” featuring the Laura Dubin Trio on Sunday, May 3, at 1 p.m.in their sanctuary. A reception with refreshments will follow in the Fellowship Hall. This concert is open to the community. There is no fee to attend; however, a free will offering will be gratefully accepted. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to RAW (Recovery All Ways) in support of the local homeless community.
Rochester pianist and composer, Laura Dubin, began her serious pursuit of jazz expression at age 12. In 2007, she embarked on a seven-year journey of study and performing that took her to several places across the U.S. and Latin America. She has returned to her hometown and performs with her husband, Antonio Guerrero, both as a duo and as part of The Laura Dubin Trio. They have performed at the prestigious Rochester International Jazz Festival several times since 2016 and are scheduled to perform again this year. For more information, visit www.lauradubin.com.
