New Bike Rack at Spencerport Tops

Tops Markets and the Spencerport Rotary joined forces to donate and install a new bike rack outside the Spencerport store. The project came about thanks to Spencerport Rotary President-Elect Colleen Farley, who noted the high volume of cyclists along the Erie Canal and in the village during the summer months. Recognizing how beneficial it would be for cyclists to have a secure place to park their bikes, the Rotary looked around the community and identified the Tops Market on Slayton Avenue as the ideal location for an updated bike rack, and the store agreed. Officials gathered on April 21 for a brief ceremony to dedicate the new rack, which features the Rotary logo on one side and the Tops logo on the other.
