Step Back in Time at the Clarkson Academy Summer Camp

August 17-20
The Clarkson Historical Society is hosting its annual summer camp for children entering fourth or fifth grade. They will learn to write in cursive, play vintage games, enjoy snacks, and learn about history, music, and art in the old schoolrooms.
Someone once said: “You should be proud of your name. You should be able to write it as beautifully as you can because it represents your spirit and you, and what you can accomplish.”
Classes start on Monday, August 17, and run through Thursday, August 20, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Clarkson Academy, 8343 Ridge Road, just east of Lake Road (Rt 19). The Clarkson Academy is next to the Clarkson Community Church.
Space is limited to the first 24 applicants. Register before August 10 for $10 per child. Registration forms can be found at the Clarkson Town Hall or online at clarksonhistoricalsociety.org.
