Spencerport Rotary recently donated $2,400 to the Community Hygiene Bank at Jubilee Christian Church in Brockport. Scarlett Aeckerle and Kyle Schottmiller, representatives of the Community Hygiene Bank, accepted the donation on behalf of the organization.
These funds will help purchase essential hygiene products, including soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, feminine products, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and other household cleaning supplies for unemployed adults, senior citizens, and families in need.
This support matters because many of these everyday essentials cannot be purchased with SNAP benefits, making access to them a major challenge for individuals and families in our community.
