Ferris Goodridge American Legion Post #330 in Spencerport held its third blood drive of the year on Wednesday, October 28, collecting 27 units of blood and helping 81 people. The drive honored the memory of the post’s former Commander Joseph Marhatta.
The post also held a men’s winter clothing drive that day for the Veterans Outreach Center. Legion members brought several bags of clothing to the post to help those in need. Spencerport Rotary contributed hats, gloves, and scarves to the effort.
Post #330 expressed its appreciation to everyone who supported the drives and helped them serve the community.
