Brockport Central School District residents who have a child who will turn 5 years old by December 1, 2013, can register the child for kindergarten. Student registration packets were sent to all families with children listed in the database. Anyone who did not receive a registration packet in the mail can contact the Registrar’s office at 637-1857 or complete a household information form at www.bcs1.org/registration and e-mail it to Registrar@bcs1.org.
The following information is requested: child’s name, date of birth, parent’s names and addresses, home and work phone numbers, pediatrician, and at least one emergency contact.
Screening appointments for kindergarten are being scheduled in April at the Ginther School and will include information on the transition into kindergarten.
