Democratic candidate for Hamlin Town Council announced

Roberta Fey is running on the Democratic line for member of Hamlin Town Council in this year’s November election. This will be her first bid for public elected office, but she is no stranger to community service in Hamlin. Most recently, Fey was president of the Lion’s Club of Hamlin and has become Zone Chairperson for Lion’s International.

Roberta is on the Board of Directors of the Hamlin Veteran’s Association and is also a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW Post 6703 of Hamlin, where she served as secretary and is currently 2nd Vice President. She is a member of the Friends of Hamlin Beach State Park, serves as an election inspector in Hamlin and is a non-teaching sub in the Brockport School District.

Since moving to Hamlin with husband, Ron, and grandson, Jacob, Roberta’s focus has been on youth outreach and assisting families in Hamlin. She says she hopes to add balance and oversight to the Hamlin Town Board.
