McLellan spent four years as Area 9 Assistant District Governor and the past three years as Area 9 Rotary Foundation Chair. He has now moved to District Foundation Chair. Recent Assistant District Governor for Area 9, Greece Rotarian Bill Gormont (center), represented the district level at the recent annual changeover dinner. Gormont, currently Assistant Governor Nominee, moves into the district governor position in 2015-16.
