Upcoming events:
•Fairytale Dance Camp – Monday, August 8 through Friday, August 12 from 1 to 2 p.m. each day at the Ogden Community Center. For kids ages three to six. Each day will have a theme geared towards a different fairytale. Daily activities include dance, crafts and snacks. Kids will enjoy an introduction to dance and creative movement for beginners. Dress for movement and maybe even a costume for the theme of the day. Bring ballet and/or jazz shoes if available. OPRD staff will teach the program. Cost is $40 Residents/$45 Nonresidents.
•Two Year Old Preschool Program – Kids will explore a classroom of toys and other play opportunities as they enjoy being with other children in a warm, guided environment. They will get to try experiences such as painting, beginner scissor activities, play dough, and water play to name a few. Children learn basic group games, songs and finger plays as they interact with their classmates and teachers. The curriculum presents themes such as Nursery Rhymes, Transportation, Seasons and Holidays. They will enjoy a snack and a story each day. Children will participate in occasional field trips.
