Construction has begun on the new playground at Sweden Town Park, 4761 Redman Road.The inclusive playground includes several features designed to provide active play for children in wheelchairs, as well as those with a variety of abilities. Installation will be complete by the end of October. The playground was made possible through the efforts of the Sweden Community Foundation, Sweden Town Board and a grant through Senator Rob Ortt’s office.
