Brockport Kiwanis Club initiates Oak Orchard Community Health Center into the club
On Wednesday, February 26, the Brockport Kiwanis Club formally initiated Oak Orchard Community Health Center into the club as its first corporate member. Both organizations view the new association as an exciting opportunity to benefit children of Brockport and the other communities served by Oak Orchard. Kiwanis is an international organization whose primary mission is to help children locally, nationally, and internationally. Oak Orchard offers a variety of services to children, including pediatric medicine, pediatric dentistry, behavioral health, and vision care. The Kiwanis leadership looks forward to assisting Oak Orchard in meeting the needs of the children it serves. Shown (l-r) are Anne Kelly, Past Lieutenant Governor and current Secretary of the Genesee Division of the New York District of Kiwanis (who presided over the initiation); Pete Head, current President of the Brockport Kiwanis Club; Mary Ann Pettibon, CEO of Oak Orchard Health; and Dr. Nancy Ciavarri, Chief Medical Officer of Oak Orchard Health.
