Even though the Hilton Apple Fest itself was postponed until 2021, the organization is very much alive.
The annual TV Raffle is still happening, with proceeds to fund scholarships for three Hilton High School seniors in May of 2021. Tickets for a chance to win the 55-inch LG Smart TV are $5 each. The winning ticket will be drawn on Saturday, October 3, and the winner does not need to be present.
Also on Saturday, October 3, there will be a chicken barbecue dinner, put on by Sticky Lips, starting at noon. The drive-thru only dinner will be held at the Hilton Community Center, 59 Henry Street, Hilton. The dinner includes a quarter-chicken, pulled pork, macaroni salad, baked beans, and corn bread. Tickets are $14 each.
