The Riga Recreation Department, in partnership with the Churchville Lions Club, will hold its annual Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 31. The “Trick or Treaters” will meet at the Churchville Commons at 6 p.m. where they will adhere to CDC mandates of masking (nose and mouth covered) and social distancing. Attendees are asked to remain in family groups and distance six feet from other groups. The youngsters will then line up and be safely escorted on the sidewalks to the Churchville Village Gazebo where Lions Club members will hand out treats.
