The Sweden Town Park does not close for the winter season; the lodge and the dog park are as popular in the winter as they are the summer. Depending on the weather, the playgrounds, skate park, and disc golf course are also well-used. Snow shoers and cross-country skiers enjoy the wooded trails and open fields. The park is open dawn to dusk with lodge hours extended until 10 p.m. For information about renting the lodge or making use of other park facilities, call the Sweden/Clarkson Community Center at 431-0090.
